Vantage provides motorsports event analytics via email newsletter and web content, along with member-only subscription features. These services are delivered digitally and may change or evolve without notice.

2. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed via Stripe. You authorize Vantage to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account page at https://www.vantagepointmea.com/account/. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Account & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Unauthorized access or misuse of content is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Vantage — including data insights, analytics, charts, branding, and written materials — is the intellectual property of Vantage and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

5. Refunds

All digital subscriptions are non-refundable once billed, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Disclaimers

Vantage provides data insights for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee business outcomes or commercial success based on our analytics.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
